I help people identify the gap between who you think you are and who you actually are with regard to anti-racism. Together, we build an Action Plan to bridge the gap between who you are and who you want to be.

The Identify the Gap Workshop is not a silver bullet, but it is a promising approach to fulfilling an unmet need of addressing systemic racism on a personal level by developing a personal action plan that is simultaneously impactful and sustainable. It’s certainly not the only solution, but it is most definitely a transformative solution.
