Strategic Change Management
Built for organizations that need an expert to co-lead their strategic planning.
1. Analysis. Clearly define the change by completing a SWOT analysis to define Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats creating a prioritized list of focus areas.
2. Design a change strategy. Being a stickler for the details is crucial to the success of the design stage. This systematic approach makes sure that everything falls within a planned strategy that has the ultimate goal of reaching the project’s targets.

- Define 4-6 strategic objectives that express your organization’s long-term focus.
- Build a 3 year planning roadmap.

- Build annual SMART goals that define clear outcomes for year 1: Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.
- Identify and define 5-7 Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that define how you will measure the success of the strategy.
- Cascade goals to create aligned initiatives throughout organization.
- Develop action plans for the varying levels of the organization to execute.

Marketers, like myself, are no strangers to digital disruption. I have learned organizations need to take an integrated approach and plan activities around the customer, not their internal processes. This means no more “website team” or “email team” or “social media team,” but rather a multi-disciplinary approach planned to get the most out of multi-channel marketing.

Instructional Design
Instructional designers are paramount in the process of learning. We are tasked with redesigning courses, developing entire courses or curriculums and creating training materials, such as teaching manuals and student guides. It is my job to play a key role in making sure that the tools you use to learn are effective and easy to understand. Using the ADDIE methodology (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), I look for gaps in knowledge and come up with ways to fill them. I actively collaborate with subject-matter-experts to develop curriculum and test learning to make sure learners are ready for the next challenge. Since instructional designers are experts in both technology and education, it’s important for me to stay up-to-date on changes in both fields. This is the kind of stuff that gets me out of bed in the morning!
